RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We take pride in the quality of our fragrances and want you to feel confident with every purchase.
Please read our return and refund guidelines carefully.


1. Return Eligibility

Due to the hygienic nature of fragrances, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.

We only accept returns for:

Unopened, unused items

Products in original packaging

Products returned within 14 days of delivery

If the seal is broken or the fragrance has been sprayed, the item is not eligible for return.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • damaged

  • leaking

  • defective

  • or you received the wrong item

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • photos of the issue

  • a brief description

We will replace the item at no additional cost.

3. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is:

  1. received

  2. inspected

  3. approved

Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless your product is defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return arrives safely.


5. Exchanges

We only replace items that are:

  • defective

  • damaged

  • or incorrectly shipped

If you want to exchange an unopened bottle for another fragrance, contact us — this may be allowed depending on stock availability.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

BACERA is not responsible for:

  • packages marked as delivered but not received

  • incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • stolen parcels

Claims must be filed directly with the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx).


7. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase — as long as they have not yet shipped.

Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
