1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within:
1–2 business days
During holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 3 days.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays.
2. Shipping Times & Rates
All orders are shipped from our European fulfillment center.

Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days
Express Delivery (if available): 2–4 business days
🌍 International Shipping
Delivery times vary by country:

Customs clearance may extend delivery times.
3. Complimentary Shipping
We may offer complimentary shipping during promotions or automatically at checkout.
When active, free shipping will appear as:

4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive:

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
5. Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
BACERA is not responsible for:

Delayed delivery due to incorrect address

Lost packages caused by incorrect information
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay the reshipment fee.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once the package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, BACERA is not responsible for:

Theft after delivery
Claims must be filed directly with USPS / UPS / FedEx.
We will assist where possible, but we cannot refund orders marked as delivered.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

8. International Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to:

BACERA is not responsible for delays due to customs.
9. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 12 hours and before they ship.
Once shipped, we cannot modify or cancel the order.
